What is CoolSculpting?

CoolSculpting or ‘cryolipolysis’ is a fat-freezing process that was originally developed by Harvard researchers. CoolSculpting is now the only fat reduction treatment that is cleared by the FDA. It uses controlled cooling to safely reduce fat that resists diet and exercise. CoolSculpting is nonsurgical, is safe and effective, and does not require downtime for recovery.

How does it work?

CoolSculpting uses specially designed applicators to cool treatment areas with precise control. Fat cells break down at temperatures that aren’t cold enough to damage the skin or surrounding tissue, so the process is completely safe. The body naturally processes the dead fat cells and removes them through its normal metabolic process. CoolSculpting® is a FDA-cleared treatment that uses controlled cooling to eliminate fat without surgery or downtime.

" CoolSculpting is extremely effective at getting rid of the fat hiding in stubborn areas. Because it is a non-surgical procedure, there are no scars left behind, but the reduction in fat is still very noticeable. "
